Stressful but rewarding.

Average.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Lauderdale:

Registered Nurse (RN) in Kuala Lumpur:

Registered Nurse (RN) in Charleston:
I learned a lot about patient care, ventilators, trach care and wound care. I left because they threatened to raise pt to nurse ratios bc they couldn't make budget. The money was good after they implemented a weekend only program, but money isn't everything. That place drained me physically, mentally and spiriutally.

Registered Nurse (RN) in Dartmouth:
They are the worse company in my 50 mike radius as far as pay scale. If the chief nursing officer or anyone in HR is a friend, you are all set. No relationship between experience and seniority with pays scale. If you question them- you get fired. Haven’t had a review in 20 months!

Press-Ganey & Money are more important than Staff.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Austin:
Pros: Interaction with patients is the only reason I choose this job.
Cons: Changes since Tenet took over USPI do not recognize that RNs are the cogs in the wheel. Horrible staffing, hours cut, hiring freeze, bonuses taken away. We’re a big nasty corporate giant when we were a family of caring, compassionate caregivers. I’m a number now, not a person. Upper management is demeaning, snobby and condescending.
July 2019
You will work a little too hard, you will get paid a little too little. All in the name of "passion"
Registered Nurse (RN) in Kansas City:
Pros: working with the kids
Cons: management
