Registered Nurse (RN):
Nurses are expendable. Pay is well below national average. Large separation between staff and administration in regards to improving processes and patient outcomes. Nurse/Pt ratio up to 6-7 at a time and understaffing being a normal occurrence.

Good, company needs better systems.

Cons: Dont seem to support continuing ed in reality (in handbook they say they do but I have been turned down on multiple requests for funding of classes)
