Flexible schedule, great benefits, tuition reimbursement, fast paced environment but doable with great teamwork. Cultural diversity fully embraced. Open communication through out departments. They are even offering an MBA program fully online with zero costs.

Working in Sydney is good because the hours are fair and the benefits are good.

Pros: I like that I can work autonomously and I am in charge of all things nursing related in my job. I am able to manage stock and ordering and sterilising and CSSD, as well as photo asset management with the approval of my manager and director.
Cons: Rent and lifestyle expenses are very high compared to other cities. Sydney is quite expensive considering my salary.
