Pros: Rate of pay.
Cons: Stressful. Staffed based on pt census and not acuity of care. Can easily get burned out because of the understaffing. Unorganized. Sloppy.

Pros: Flexibility.
Cons: No pay raise in 8 years.

Pros: Making a difference in the lives of the people who come to us for help in their lowest moments.
Cons: Low morale amongst people of the same profession and supportive personnel which leads to poor performance and low productivity.

Cons: Most times not enough staff and very unrealistic expectations. Management does not even consider employees ideas or recommendations.
