Pros: Excellent company to work for.

Corporate Culture.

Pros: Each team within the hospital works together closely as a family. Coworkers are available and willing to assist with skill and knowledge. Management is trustworthy and dependable.
Cons: Compensation is much lower than the standard, they start each employee at a standard, non-negotiable rate, regardless of experience.

Being a Registered Nurse is my calling.

Pros: What I love most in my job is seeing my patients smile or share a laugh, even though they aren't feeling well.
I also love seeing my patients get better and be able to go back home to enjoy their family.
Cons: The least thing I love about my job is that they are not updated with computers yet, so we do everything manually, like dinosaur days.
