Retail Store Assistant Manager:
Pros: Since transferring to a larger volume store I enjoy that there's always something to be done and I like the fast pace because the days go by faster.
Cons: I don't like when it's too busy and theres only two or three girls working. Sometimes it is impossible for us to do all the required duties. It also gets hard cleaning up after customers and trying to be happy all day long.
