Cons: My District Manager. Rude, Disrespectful to all her employees and doesn't care about anyone but herself!

Pros: Discount and Benefits
Cons: Francesca's has an extremely unrealistic view of sales. They expect the employees they pay minimum wage to carry the entire business while overworking and underappreciating their management in store. They need to focus on getting corporate more organized and getting better quality merchandise in-store than picking at their Boutique manager's for not having the right color necklace on the mannequin.

Great relationships with regular customers. The work load can be a little overwhelming. Good work experience overall but with no room to grow.
