The team is great, we work well together and really give our customers 110%, I enjoy coming to work each day, pay is great, benefits are ok and great company to work for, we deal with a lot of big company’s.

Pros: Its close to home so I have no commute but that really is the only benefit

Was excited to be employed by the Canadian Tire Corp when I was hired. Awesome discounts accross the whole company banners. But the pay is poor for what they expect. If you max out no incremental raise just the same 2% every year. Poor benefit package. Senior management have unrealistic expectations.
