Decent.
Retail Store Manager in Bethune:
Pros: Close to home,
Flexible work hours,
I get to work for a small business rather than a corporation or franchise.
Cons: I am not compensated for the amount of work that is expected of me.
There is no Air conditioning; average daily temperature reaches ninety to one hundred degrees Fahrenheit inside the store.
My boss (the business owner) does not possess ideal leadership skills and seems to primarily rely on me to keep the business running smoothly on a day to day basis.

Day shift hours and no tax.

Pros: You meet a lot of people from all over the world when they come to downtown for business. It is a tax free state so people love to come here just to shop as well and vacation. It so amazing for food, wine, beer, events happening, out door beauty and so many things in nature to do.
Cons: The homeless and all the protesting.
The freeways are horrible most of the time as well. Way to many people.
