Pros: Encouraged to treat own shop as own business. Lots of scope for entrepreneurship. Stable. Seems to be well rewarded. Progression available. Other areas of work to consider as secondments.
Cons: Systems too complex and get in way of doing day to day job. Too many different logins.

Great Company To Work For.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: The education, training and knowledge you receive from the company about your health, wellness, vitamins, herbs and sports nutrition.
Cons: The store hours! The Vitamin Shoppe should not stay open until 9:00pm most of there business is during 9:00am to 7:00pm.
