I Love The People. Everyday Is Different.

Pros: Working as a team and I love working with the public.
The company and products are always changing, so there is always something new.
My job is diverse, manage people, run sales floor, customer service, inventory management- organization, scheduling, etc...
Cons: Salary.
All retain- working almost every weekend.

Pros: Share passion with others, able to explore my own talents and strengths and use them in other areas of the job.
Cons: Not so bad to come home smelling like coffee.... it could be worse.
