Job Description for Senior Contracts Manager

A senior contract manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a contract are completed on time and as promised. They typically serve the primary contact for clients within the company and all vendors, and they are responsible for handling employee issues, questions, and discipline as needed. A senior contract manager must be able to meet multiple deadlines and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and they must be able to coordinate between several teams and departments. The individual should also have experience quoting project proposals and accurately proposing and implementing a strict budget. The manager is also responsible for ordering and approving all materials necessary for the completion of all projects. They also oversee the maintenance of all equipment and other assets needed for the completion of any and all contracts.
