Pros: Fast paced, no one day is the same day, constantly multi-tasking, my role has a global focus so I talk to people all around the world, I feel my end goal is to give people a new career adventure.
Cons: Time consuming and the highs are great but the lows can be shocking. I always feel that Recruitment are the unsung heroes of a company.
