They are responsible for conducting forecasting, which includes performing analytics and creating metrics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company. They must create reports detailing their findings, and these analysts may be required to make presentations to various departments within their company as well. Other tasks performed by the senior sales operations analyst may include developing sales techniques to enhance company earnings, as well as coordinating with relevant internal parties to refining these ideas and planning implementation.
