Job Description for Senior User Experience Designer

A senior user experience designer is a team leader who works with designers, product engineers, and product managers to create a friendly and intuitive user experience architecture. The senior user experience designer starts with a solid understanding of human cognitive science; by understanding how human beings think and operate, the designer can determine the broad framework for how the user experience should be for the company's product. These senior professionals work with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate interaction and design concepts. Senior designers then help implement the interaction and design concepts into the company product by working alongside the product engineers. Finally, the senior user experience designer works with product managers to continually pursue customer satisfaction with usability studies and testing.
