Started off great, but rapidly deteriorated. They overwork and over stress their employees and commit to too much work while the team continues to shrink. It was a mess, and I'm glad I left. It's a shame, because I worked with some really cool people - but it doesn't matter who you work with, if you're expected to work 50-60 hour weeks for no overtime pay or even any extra PTO, it's miserable.
