Overall I've had a very good experience at Daugherty Business Solutions. It's a pragmatic organization where there are growth tracks for engineers to become involved with the planning phases of projects. I've been assigned to probably a dozen projects at a half dozen clients and have yet to be put on a "death march" project. Engineers are involved in the project assessments and we don't take on projects that we can't reasonably deliver.
