Staff Attorney in Columbia:
"Underrated."
Pros: Columbia has many things to do and the culinary scene is up and coming. Traffic isn't great, but it isn't horrible. Travel time to beach and mountains is short. Lake Murray is beautiful in town, and there are more and more events to participate in.
Cons: It is "famously hot" in the summer, and not in a good way.
