User Experience Designer in Seattle:
Pros: I like working in a multidisciplinary environment where I have the opportunity to be involved with strategic planning. I have a very good relationship with my manager and she is a great mentor. I also have gotten a lot of exposure throughout the company because I have been involved with many teams.
Cons: I don't have very much work flexibility, I have a finite amount of paid time off and the option to work from home once a month. I have also been given a very heavy workload as a junior level associate early on in my time at the company so far. It has been very high stress and we are generally understaffed and there is a very slow a bureaucratic hiring process.
