Pros: It's NYC, always something happening. Tons of contacts and access to influential people
Cons: The commute is rough.

Pros: The work itself.
Cons: Lack of Transparency at the coroporate level

Get out of IT.

Vice President (VP), Information Technology (IT) in Flint:
Pros: I work in Grand Blanc which is the nicest part of Flint. Newer buildings, restaurants, theater, etc. The closer to Flint you get the worse it gets. There is a bit of a downtown revival but not much elsewhere.
Cons: I would not work in Flint again unless mandated.
