Pros: Very challenging you always have to think out of the box.
Cons: When sales are not forth coming.
Work hard you will find your way. Dont go shortcuts.
It is a tough environment, you need to keep your cool as things does not normally work out as you plan and should always be ready with plan B.

Cons: The senior management, pay, holidays.
Pros: I am left a lone to carry out the work and complete tasks.
Cons: No room for growth. Wont allow me to grow.
If you want my job, you'll need to step into some unusual shoes. You will need to have a firm grasp of all of the following: *Thermodynamics in regard to energy production by renewable resources. *Gasification; specifically with solid biomass fuels. *Understanding of manufacturing process in order to reduce workload on workmen and reduce wasted materials. *Know the names and purpose of every part or component used in alternative energy products. *Ability to use SolidWorks. *Ability to use FloXpress. *Ability to use QuickBooks fluently. *A basic understanding of metallurgy. *Be a master of customer relations. *Ability to manage a small workforce under high-stress conditions for long hours. *Ability to perform any job in your workforce should you need to fill in or help. *Understand home construction. *Understand basic electrical. *Ability to handle some days of very high stress, fast pace and chaotic conditions.
