One sided, the owner has his 1980 attitude on how things should be done.

Pros: The other employees and that it is fairly easy going and the business runs great as long as the owner is not here.
Cons: The owners attitude, not the owner himself as a person, but the way he treats his employees as he knows everything and everyone else is treated the way past employees worked. Doe snot take into consideration that he has someone good or better.
