Cons: How irresponsible and lazy people have become. Respect, work ethic, responsibility and trust have gone out the window and hard to find here. It’s sad because it wasn’t nearly this bad 10 years ago.

Good pay. Terrible IT. Ok people. Company was blessed with alot of profit over the years, however this has made the company fat, bloated and slow to make decisions and move forward. Ok benefits. Good parental leave benefits. Diversity has much to be desired - good ol' white boys club is still in full effect in this company and the industry.
