Cons: The marketing manager position was new when I started without clear and defined responsibilities so these responsibilities have changed and broadened without clear direction. The description is still not defined so I take on many marketing, business development and sales tasks. These include marketing strategies, business analysis, production and sales documentation, brand development, organizing trade shows, attending trade shows, develop marketing collateral and promotional material distribution.
