Try to learn as fast as possible. Make trip to all good or bad markets of your territory.identi fy the opportunity to improve. Execute it fast.

I want to change to a new job in the private sector(managment, marketing or any other technical job) do to financial & satisfaction of myself. In current government position, I am not satisfy by work & salary.

person can not be just evaluated fo his/her worth in terms of money or the benefits based on educational certifications as those may be the true reflections of the inner potentials and intelligence. Besides that persons commitment and loyalty can not be seen through the certificates.

It is important to be ambitious and not averatious. Being focused in the current job, reducing the dependencies and continously improvising the work with persistent efforts certainly helps achieve more in short period of time. The core values of integrity, trust are must and never compromise on these values as they come along with you and carry forward a long way. When hardships come in the way, be persistent in your effort and being patient, it helps to get over. Never take success into head, every promotion comes with increased expectations and accept promotion only when you are certain to meet the increased expectations.
