The highest pay by state can be found in California, where pay average out at approximately $13.00 per hour.
Years of Experience
Respondents who have been working for five to nine years make $11.81 per hour on average. The largest fraction of Jiffylube people (59 percent) have been working for one to four years and earn $9.90 per hour on average.
Assistant General Managers earn the highest median pay at approximately $12.07 per hour, followed by Assistant Customer Service Managers ($11.30), Assistant Store Managers (about $11.13), and Auto Mechanics (around $10.15). On the lower end are Lube Technicians at about $9.34 on average.
