The highest average salaries go to Emergency Room Registered Nurses, who bring in close to $70.00, though Clinical Pharmacists are not far behind at $67.32 along with Registered Nurses ($56.50) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (about $38.86). Emergency Room Technicians make around $16.00, close to the bottom of the company pay scale.
For employees with five to ten years at the company, wages tend to be at the approximately $28.34 mark. Broken down by tenure, the largest number of Sutter Health employees (31 percent) have one to four years of experience and typically earn $24.97 per hour.
