Cons: Complex amount of different tasks to accomplish mission. Must be able to multi task at all times. Required mandatory training repeated each year. Longer hours than most want to put in. Logistics Specialist in Washington:
Pros: The organization itself and the "will get it done" attitudes. Failure is not an option.
Cons: The rank structure. Waiting on "open slots" to get promoted no matter what your knowledge is base on. The wait is long and outdrawn, it breaks down the morale because you work so hard to advance.
