Job Description for Performance Improvement Manager

Performance improvement managers are in charge of managing performance improvement efforts for their organization. They are responsible for identifying possible performance improvements during the business cycle. They partner with operations leaders to complete improvement efforts in a timely manner. One of their main responsibilities includes analyzing key business metrics, and research skills are required to increase performance. They conduct training sessions for employees to find methods increment production rates. Performance improvement managers oversee and monitor department functions and processes. They participate in business meetings to deliver detailed reports to executives, on which they highlight their observations and performance results. They track performance and quality improvement after strategies and plans have been deployed.
