Prior experience working with recreation vehicles is highly beneficial, but not necessarily required for the position. Finally, RV service technicians deal directly with customers and clients, so good communication skills and a positive attitude are extremely important.
Those in this position generally work during traditional business hours, but overtime may occasionally be necessary if a project is behind or near completion. Some may also be on-call to respond to emergency service needs, but these are relatively rare among RVs.
