Health insurance benefits extend to a large number of former students, and more than half of alumni sign up for dental plans. A large number of respondents allocate some part of their earnings to a company-sponsored 401(k) savings plan. Alumni of Boston Architectural College also take in flexible hours, a casual working environment, a company-subsidized cell phone, and life insurance.
