A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance will compensate Bucknell grads at a much higher rate than other degrees — these alums rake in about $176K on average per year. Those with a Bachelor of Science in Biology face salaries on the lower end, coming in at an average $35K per year.


Bucknell alumni are often well versed in Project Management, with somewhere between a fifth and a fourth of grads ending up in jobs that require this skillset. Competency in People Management translates into above-average pay for former Bisons — they earn 46 percent more than their fellow graduates. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Data Analysis are desirable skills as well.

Benefits and Perks

Only about two-fifths of alumni enjoy paid vacation and one-fifth of alumni receive sick leave. In an effort to save up for the years ahead, a large number of graduates contribute to a 401(k).
