Pros: Good opportunity to work on big projects, and the company is pretty stable. It has a pretty good work culture as well and they strive to be inclusive to all.
Cons: Lack of guidance from more senior engineers.

Pros: Multi-disciplinary providing better opportunities to gain diverse range of skills if you have not already gained it.
Cons: Over worked, empty promises, management does not listen to employees, below average salary, unappreciated, blaming culture, predominately profit driven, poor staff retention and recruitment, poor staff hire screening processes and lack of project diversity which impedes innovation.
