Bath & Body Works Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Bath & Body Works Inc?

I Love The People. Everyday Is Different.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Working as a team and I love working with the public. The company and products are always changing, so there is always something new. My job is diverse, manage people, run sales floor, customer service, inventory management- organization, scheduling, etc...
Cons: Salary. All retain- working almost every weekend.
Sales Associate:
Pros: I love the atmosphere. The interaction with new friendly people in a day to day base. I like the fact that I get to make someone's day special.
Cons: There is always a problem were there is sometimes not enough workers willing to work their scheduled hours. When they are scheduled to. Management has had to many changes once became apart of company.
Values great people.
