Frustrated.
Customer Service Team Leader in Green Bay:
Pros: Working with the Customer
Cons: No opportunity to do the job I was hired for and they demote individuals for going back to work due to going part time.
What A Nightmare.

Pros: My coworkers appreciate me and know I work hard
Cons: Management plays favorites, no communication, pay is awful, hours are awful, management boss you around and make you doing things outside of your department but you're not compensated or thanked

No Communication, Bad Pay.

Pros: Cabela's is somewhat flexible with hours which is nice, and if you call in there's rarely repercussions.
Cons: There is no communication between management and employees, and sometimes even between members of management. Pay is no sufficient for how some members of management treat employees, how customers treat employees, and for the amount of work employees do.
