Pros: Success in collecting funds, accomplishments, gratitude, and recognition is nice at times. The benefits are great, and very family supported. Work Flexibility if I have to take a day off. Working with clients to get the account paid off is very successful.
Cons: Stress New tasks being added without considering the time it will take and how productivity on accounts worked would drop Not being listened to as far as suggestions on how to make the company be more efficient in collecting it's funds
