Administrative Assistant in Sheboygan:
Pros: My hours can be flexible. I am not micromanaged.
Cons: Management is terrible. Pay is terrible. No way to advance. Raises are not based on performance only on how your supervisor feels about you. Lots of favoring with employees. Lots of employees getting away with stuff they shouldn't be. Don't get sick or need surgery, trying to get FMLA is a joke. They have certain goals a department needs to meet in order to receive a raise. If you don't complete your goals you don't get a raise. Some of the goals are unobtainable. I would never recommend someone work for this company.
