There are some amazing people who work here at OHSU and I enjoy working with them immensely! But, as far as working at OHSU, I feel that the upper management really does not value our worth. They are not willing or just simply do not care to give us the respect we deserve for helping them reach #1 hospital status. Healthy bonuses are given to upper Administration, but when it comes to our compensation, they state that they can't afford cost of living increases!

Pros: My boss is never truly around and I’ve made friends with other employees.
Cons: I feel I am constantly getting looked over for a raise or told no. Also I don’t like the fact that my position is not justified and keep being told I’m lower than what I actually do.
