Administrative Assistant Reviews
What is it like working as an Administrative Assistant?
July 2019
Administrative Assistant in Springfield:
This company just can't seen to learn or understand that your employees are your BIGGEST asset. Training is spotty and not thorough at all. This is a company wide issue and some execs have been heard to say "Anyone off the street can do that job" and therefore the mentality seems to be sink or swim. Wages are also LESS than the national average for the job classification. The company is trying all kinds of new, innovative ways to test and filter through potential employees, when decent wages and thorough job training is really all you need.

Horrible.
Administrative Assistant in Brewster:
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. Have been working here for three years. They cut my hours from 40 to 25 so I cannot get medical or any benefits. I am always second guessed. The entire work place is filled with rumors and gossip. Everyone acts like unprofessional. Those of us who do work, the managers load on more work overwhelming us instead of hiring new personnel. They advertise working here is like being part of "a family". Most people here will smile to your face and act as your friend and then talk smack about you behind your back to everyone else.
