Baker Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Baker?

Baker in Edmonton:
"Position changes."
Pros: It's fun making the product and being able to talk with customers.
Cons: The amount of stress and last minute ordering. It's bothersome because it makes my job harder to satisfy both management, as well as the customer when I was unaware of an order until it was either too late, or only enough time that I wasn't able to produce enough product to make all my desired items. Thus leaving me with having to make more of that same product when I could have done it with everything else if I had known earlier.

Baker in Guelph:
"I bake things."
Pros: Free food, good starter job, 4-9 hour shifts.
Cons: Lots of work. Stressful, v.
