Set and bus tables, wash dishes and floors, launder bibs and aprons. Prep, beverages, cook and plate meals for 48 residents at specific times. Order, rotate and maintain all stock, clean and sanitize, pantry, coolers and freezers. Plan and follow a six week menu. Train, assist, and supervise new cooks. Good time management skills are a must! A genuine love and respect for the elderly is mandatory!
