Job Description for Customer Service Assistant

Customer service assistants are responsible for completing customer service tasks and assisting with other administrative duties as required. They interact with customers and work to resolve their inquiries. Additionally, these assistants must help create and maintain business relationships with individuals inside and outside their organization to increase customer satisfaction. Customer service assistants must follow strict company rules and strive to reach objectives set by supervisors. Some of the assistant's other principal duties include reviewing discrepancies, filing documentation, and keeping records of customer transactions.
