I like my job, and I do actually like the people I work with, BUT, it's very tough and my boss doesn't even have a backbone to fight for us or even himself, quite sad.

Cons: it's very stressful, nobody communicates, and when they do, they tell you one thing one day, and turn around and give you different ship dates, so you're always letting customers down constantly, mgr flirting with human resource dept, wasn't like that years ago, you can't even look into the system for correct inventory because mgrs have "funny" list, which helps their own pockets, nobody cares about helping our pockets out but their own so they really don't care about us at all, they just like filling their own pockets up with money -- they have no regards to anyone working , which is odd because this is supposed to by a "Christian" place, could've fooled me, such hypocrites if you ask me--
