Pros: Other than a few coworkers I cant think of one good thing about lego
Cons: This job is not good for your mental health but they claim to care a ton about wellness. Raises are unfair and no matter what you'll always get paid less than any new employees hired. Despite minimum wages drastically rising, lego believes we deserve to get paid less but still provide world class customer service. Do yourself a favor and apply literally anywhere else
