Marketing Manager:
Was very difficult to get work done, management was not supportive and no mentoring was given for new position. HR was not supportive. Benefits were average. Compensation was adequate. Very diverse culture was the best thing about the office.

A not so colorful capital town.

Pros: It's a capital town, so the best job opportunities tend to be here and also most of the social life events tend to be here.
Cons: The downtown is interesting, but most of us work far away from downtown. Most of the workplaces have not much choice where to eat or where to organize off site events.
