Marketing Manager Reviews

What is it like working as a Marketing Manager?

January 2019
Marketing Manager:
Good learning experience for young people -- especially in Product Management. But virtually no room for career growth from most entry- level positions. Pay in entry- and mid-level positions is sub-par. Management and executive pay is just barely at market, but only after factoring in bonuses that are not guaranteed, and get harder to hit each year. Benefits are decent. There are some amazing, talented individuals at this company that I learned so much from. But there are also highly toxic people that poison the corporate culture and who's behavior is ignored or condoned by senior management. Jasco has immense potential for growth, but needs to invest more in its talent and learn to get out of its own way.
