Property Administrator in Guelph:
"Property management is a highly involved job."
Pros: I love the level of responsibility that is involved in property management. We are responsible for providing a community that feels like home for our tenants. A high level of organizational skills, communication skills, customer service, diplomacy and tact are required in order to be a successful property management administrator for a high volume of units.
Cons: The salary of a property management administrator is quite low for the level of responsibility and administrative paperwork a PMA of a high volume of units deals with.
