Supply Chain Specialist Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Supply Chain Specialist?

Supply Chain Specialist in Vancouver:
"Good."
Pros: People are respectful of others
Cons: The weather

Supply Chain Specialist:
It is a good place to work; good work life balance. However pay is lower compared to other organizations. Work load is heavy; compensation unbalanced. For example there are team members who do not have the education or experience that others have yet they are paid considerably higher. Complaints to HR dept are a waste of time. High turn over; company needs to focus on employee retention.
