The primary job duty of the accounting supervisor is managing and collaborating with a small accounting team. All other accountants in the organization report to the accounting supervisor and go to them with questions or issues. Customer and client service is also a primary responsibility of the accounting supervisor. The supervisor fields calls or emails daily from clients, helping them if they have issues and ensuring they receive high quality services.
