I enjoy the forward planning and organising of mass information when dealing with multiple acts performing & taking care of all their transport, accommodation and hospitality for each show. I enjoy scheduling and making things happen.
Cons: The stress levels are constantly intense which isn't limited to normal office hours. I work the events at the weekend as well as in the office during the week which can take a strain on my personal life & health.
